The Elk Creek Mining Co. Bar & Grill Restaurant opened September, 1999 in historic downtown New Castle, Colorado. Dining specials include barbecue baby back ribs, steak, seafood, burgers, pasta, chicken, vegetarian dishes and many low-carb diet choices.

The restored 1890's building offers a perfect setting for our mining company theme. When you first enter you can't help but be captured by the ambience...you expect to see a bunch of drifters from the past arguing fervently with the local miners. Instead...
